Adjarian khachapuri: how to eat the cheese boat

The famous boat shape comes from Adjara, on Georgia's Black Sea coast. It arrives straight from the oven with an egg yolk and butter on top.

  1. Stir the egg and butter into the hot cheese.

  2. Tear off a piece of crust from the side.

  3. Dip it into the cheese. Repeat until the boat is gone.
